i'm getting sick. might be the haze. heard its 109? haha. anw. the past week of jogging n training in the gym is all wasted. ytd n tdy. i ate all the fats back.

its like my weight frm 77 become 73. wah 1 week only. run 2.4 in the morning n night. then swim. then no carbo for 5 days. then i ate lots of stuff ytd n tdy. haha. WAH lao. i tink my weight is 75? haha. damn. nvm. nx week i shall run n swim again.

soon. haha. my muscles will have meeting at a place called pacs.

i rem watching some basketball movie. abt some students that play bball n dun study till a coach came n taught them that education is more important. because in the states bball career is quite gd. so if they are gd in bball they shd train v hard in it n be a pro player. then the coach taught them stuff like bball is not everything. n blah blah. nice movie.

i'm waiting for utd match to start. which is 245. CR's not playing. but i still believe utd can win by a large margin.

went to viet recently. v fun. meeting all our old viet friends from the YEP trip 2 yrs ago. we sat on their motorbikes. v new n interesting experience i would say.

the 1st day. we sat on the motor for like an hr? then we reached the chinatown there. its nth nice. after tt we went to cherry's hse to eat lunch. it was like the old days except this time there weren't the usual gang. only me n ren.

o ya budget terminal to me looks like a zoo. but i tink its more high tech then the other 2 terminals.

after the chinatown trip we went to a water park. the slides there are like 100 times more exciting then in s'pore. SUPER high. super fast n super fun haha.

but suffered minor injures here n there. i think our viet frenz can join fear factor n win anytime. they aren't scared of any rides they get excitied instead. they eat almost anything. they are

2nd day. shop eat play. nth much. we bought fruits. quite nice. the durian is 2times bigger then s'pore's. the prices are the same. it tastes the same. D24.

3rd day. super rush. poor emily waited 2-3 hrs for us. but we met her for ard 5 mins have to rush off alr. cause we overslept n the taxi driver damn slow.

then i realised that everytime i go to viet for holiday its always fun. haha

yep trip is one of the most fun trips ever. nv regret it. but if germany trip did not clash it wld be much better. then i can go germany. haha.

my pract work was alright. but my IPC pract test i think i made some careless mistakes in my calculation. hoho. see how. bio pract on thurs must study my gram staining.

my mum asked on friday if i object to go to usa to live. i think santiago. she said that her company is interested in posting her there to work. n she might want to bring me along. my sister has a scholarship contract that tied her down so she cant go.

now i can swim 50m(i think) underwater with 1 breath.

in the past i could only swim like 25-30m. now i can do a whole lap.

finally. i think dragon boat training helps. help me swim faster underwater. 1 pull can hit further. hoho.

haha. i think i train in dragon boat for around 4-5mths then i want to try triathlon. cause if i can survive dragon boat training i can do triathlon. the dragonboat president said this:"we must be the best in triathlon and weight lifting."

so i attended dragon boat training. which i thought at 1st i could handle.

we ran round the campus which was i think the hardest of all. n it was the 1st part of the training. so after the run i was like 1/2 alive.

so cont training after the super long run. which was another 4 rounds of the track. haha. in bewteen the 4rounds. we did push up sprinting cruches jumping jacks. then after tt we did more sprinting n er kneeling? we kneel but the knee is 1cm above the ground.

cooldown was the best. everybody went into the water. the pool reflected oil? haha. the water looked oily.

weiqin tasted the salty water. n lu molested weiqin n framed me. kk.

so now i shd start doing my hmwk.

haha. k. my mum booked the ktv room. its a room with erm quite ok hi-fi system n stuff. then my relatives cant make it to sing. so she asked me to get some ppl to sing. haha. then ytd had quite a fun time with cy they all. sang sang sang till 11. then all went home. i heard kevin had to take a cab home cause he had to send da sao home.

haha. getting better in my pro evolution soccer 05. thx to cy i got it in my laptop. so i'm playing 3 stars already. later i'm trying 4 stars

okok. its gd. i got my laptop. super zai. i can use my laptop in my room. the graphic n everything its like better then my desktop. but there's only 1 problem. i do not have wireless connection. so i connected to internet. erm. in a v jian way.

anw. still can use. i just want to install fifa then can play on the way to sch.

frm my hse to sch takes 1 hr. yar. so can kill time.

he has. erm. a v unique taste in his choice of ladies. anw. its his choice, n his my friend. so i respect his choice. hahaha.

yea. ytd ard evening period. erm. cause i wanted to play a trick with cy. i gu yi said, "chun yuan u want yiwen number ah?" haha. then yea. fiona was like v sad cause we nv ask her. haha. then she keep pestering me asking me if i needed help to get girl's number. i was like ???? above my head. yuan lai ck n cy told her i wanted yi wen number or something like that.

HOWEVER. the lady of cy's liking is not yiwen.

thru the job. its boring. ck was too enthu, he talked too much can tell the customers dun really like tt. haha. cy was best salesman, overall he sold most package, provided he gets the commission. cause there was an incident. yar.

i was the BEST LAHZ. 1st day 0.zero. 2nd day got a few. but didn't pursue the commission. i had 1 japan under my name. i tink tt 1 i earn $12 commission cause got 5 ppl going jap.

then. i had 1 europe also 5. i think they booked. but dun tink its under my name.

k. watched dorm. some thai horror movie. not v scary. its quite funny though. there are only 1 or 2 parts of scary momments.

ok. i got scared n jumped for 1 time only and the best part is. its not the movie tt scared me it was chun yuan.

there's this part the lead actor(ton) got pulled into the water by a ghost. chun yuan jumped off his seat and pushed me causing me to fall, so to prevent myself frm falling, i jumped off my seat.

haha. ok after tt we slacked at toa payoh food court. yar. then went for some briefing for fri n sat tour fare. its super long n the truth was the whole training thing was crap. cause i understand nth.

haiz. nvm the worst part is my shift is all in suntec which means i cant slack with ck n cy. they can afford to slack cause they not at suntec i think they staying in office. Y???? is it cause i look handsome or mature??? perharps.
